Equest NewMedia is the cradle of Web-kind. This is where inspiration is realized, nurtured, developed and shared. It is a new media agency that helps organizations and individuals generate competitive value by leveraging the power of web technology.

Situation
Having been in business for about two years, Equest was re-evaluating its service offerings against the business intelligence collected over the period. Results showed that there was a disconnect between what the site was communicating online, and the actual experiences on the ground.

As such there was a need to re-think about the organization's communication requirements, and re-develop the Information structure of the site. Having done this, there would obviously be a need to redo the content on the entire site in responce to this strategy.

Solution
RSA's Advisory Services were engaged to help in formulating the direction that Equest should take for its online strategy. The concept of New Media Fuel, created by Equest, provided the inspiration required to visualise how the brand will respond to customer requirements.

RSA's Information Architeture solution focused on the main business areas and the navigation facilities that would be made available on the site. The content for the various sections was written in a manner that would ensure that the Equest's potential clients understood exactly what it is that was being offered to them.
